bk65 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bk65 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk65 website available at bk65.bet and all associated services, products and features offered through the Platform. By accessing the bk65 website, creating an account, or using any part of the services offered, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bk65 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create a bk65 account and use the Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk65 will request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on bk65.
• You must register using accurate, truthful and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of bk65 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not already hold an existing bk65 account, whether active or suspended. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances and bonuses forfeited without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the betting, casino and gaming features offered by bk65 you must complete the account registration process and provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your account identifier. Each mobile number may only be associated with one bk65 account at any time. bk65 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time and to require additional documentation to confirm your identity.

KYC Verification

bk65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with industry best practices. As part of this process you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification such as a National ID card, passport or driving licence.
• Proof of mobile number ownership confirming the number registered on your bk65 account is in your name.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• Source of funds documentation where bk65 determines, in its sole discretion, that such documentation is necessary.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk65 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bk65 will never ask you to disclose your password via chat, email, phone or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your bk65 account using your correct login credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You must notify bk65 immediately via the support email address if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised. bk65 will take reasonable steps to investigate any such report and, where appropriate, take protective action on your account pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

bk65 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players registered in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on bk65 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk65 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges independent of bk65.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount on bk65 is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the name of the bk65 account holder. bk65 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• bk65 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where the volume or frequency of deposits gives rise to concern.
• bk65 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on any funds held in a player's bk65 account balance.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount on bk65 is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where that method supports withdrawals. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified payment method in the account holder's name may be used.
• All accounts must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• bk65 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of due diligence checks, including KYC and source-of-funds verification, without incurring any liability to the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bk65 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bk65 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• bk65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account and subject to active wagering requirements will not be retrospectively altered.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim repeat welcome bonuses constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• bk65 reserves the right to void any bonus, free spins or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or through coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except to the extent that applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Seasonal promotions tied to specific sporting events (such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or Eid) are subject to additional specific terms that will be published at the time the promotion is launched. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers and gaming activity conducted through your bk65 account are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, casino game types and promotional betting events are published separately within the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk65 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except in cases where bk65 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds, lines or casino game results, bk65 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, without any obligation to honour winnings calculated on the basis of the erroneous information.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Market suspension during a live event is at bk65's discretion and bk65 is not liable for any inability to place or settle a live bet resulting from a market suspension.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets is subject to limits published within the Platform. bk65 reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or refuse bets from any player without providing a reason.

7. Responsible Gaming

bk65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered users at no cost and bk65 encourages all players to consider using them proactively.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their bk65 account. Once set, a limit may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders encourage players to take regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months. During a self-exclusion period the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets or gaming activity will be permitted.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bk65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to misrepresentation of personal information, creation of multiple accounts, or use of the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
• bk65 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been used in connection with money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the period required by bk65 following a verification request.
• bk65 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or by the order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for cause, bk65 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including any bonus funds and associated pending winnings, where such forfeiture is consistent with the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their confirmed withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk65 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, even if bk65 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bk65 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bk65 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime, technical errors, third-party payment provider failures, or events beyond bk65's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failure.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bk65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bk65 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-Platform notification. The effective date of any amendment will be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the bk65 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact bk65 support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified balance.
